A website that looks like your hotel. Not like a template.
Hotels In Print gives small, owner-run hotels a website in their own design — with a CMS you edit yourself and direct booking with card payment. Priced like a template, with no commission on direct bookings.

Two example hotels. Nothing alike.
To show what Hotels In Print can do, we invented two hotels and built each of them a complete website — rooms, offers, restaurant, events and booking with card payment. The hotels don’t exist, the websites do: have a look around. They look nothing like each other, and that is the point.
No jump to a booking portal, no stranger’s payment page: guests choose a room and a rate and pay by card — in your hotel’s design, all the way to the confirmation.
Everything up to the reservation. In your own design.
Your own design
Typefaces, colours, page layouts and a home page of its own, designed for your hotel. Not a recoloured template.
A CMS you edit yourself
Pages, rooms, offers, events, menus and legal texts — you change them yourself, with no agency and no ticket. The CMS speaks English, German and five more languages.
Direct booking, no commission
Guests book and pay by card on your site. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account. We take no commission — on any direct booking.
As many languages as your guests
Every language is edited in the CMS, including languages written right to left. Prices and dates are the same in every language.
Accessible
To WCAG 2.1 AA, as the European Accessibility Act asks of online booking. Every new version is checked automatically before it goes live.
Fast, on a phone network too
Built lean, with every image sent at the size the screen needs. Our yardstick: the home page is up in under 2.5 seconds on 4G.
You edit it yourself.
This is the CMS in which a hotel edits its home page: blocks instead of code, each language on its own, published when you choose.
And what else a hotel needs: rooms and offers, restaurant and menus, spa, an events calendar, weddings and meetings, galleries, a newsletter and inquiry forms.
The small print. In large type.
Not a property management system.
Hotels In Print takes care of everything up to the reservation and the prepayment. The room plan, the till and the receipt stay with the system you already have.
Booking.com and Expedia come later.
As a channel manager you can add. Today Hotels In Print sells your rooms directly.
EU-owned, hosted in the EU.
Your data is kept by Scaleway, a French provider, in Paris. Not “hosted in Germany” — and we don’t claim it is.
A young product.
There are no paying customers yet. That is why we are looking for five founding hotels to finish it with us.
First edition: five hotels.
The first five hotels shape the product with us. Your design is made in conversation with you, you talk directly to the people who build it, and you have a say in what comes next. We agree the terms in person.
A fixed monthly fee instead of commission; your own design is charged once. For the five founding hotels we agree the terms in conversation.
Do I have to change my PMS or my till?
No. Hotels In Print ends at the reservation and the prepayment. What happens on site stays with your system.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes — your own. You open it yourself, and we help. Payments go straight there; we hold neither your money nor keys to your account. Stripe charges its usual card fees.
Who owns the domain?
You do. Your website runs on your own domain, your CMS on an address of its own next to it.
What if I need a page that doesn’t exist yet?
You add new pages yourself and pick a template for each. If your hotel needs a page no template covers, we design it at extra cost — as a template only your hotel has.
Let’s talk about your hotel.
Tell us a little about your hotel. We answer personally.
